Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Braselton, GA to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site.

You will handle orders, answer product questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
• Bilingual English/Spanish – fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
