Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Irving, TX. This on-site role focuses on fast, friendly service, building relationships and delivering solutions with our trusted tools.

You’ll handle orders via phone, email and chat, assist with pricing and shipping questions, and help customers navigate our website. Training is provided, and full-time hours with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Full-Time Hours:

Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available.
