A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a CSR, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers. Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.

Y our primary responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers with a smile
• Cash checks and take deposits
• Take loan payments
• Balance cash drawer
• Redeem Savings Bonds
• Issue money orders, cashiers’ checks, and gift cards
• Provide information to customers about bank products and services

This is a part-time position and offers a great work-life balance, working approximately 20-25 hours per week. A schedule is prepared a week or two in advance and may consist of scheduled time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
