With more than $7.6 billion in client assets under management and $675 million in bank assets, we serve individual, family, corporate, and not‑for‑profit clients across 35 states.

Our culture is built on a simple core value – the customer is #1 – and on creating an environment where associates can learn, grow, and build long-term careers. As a private, family‑owned organization, we take pride in offering stability, opportunity, and a workplace where talented people enjoy what they do.

As a Private Banker, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with WoodTrust. This position calls for a well‑organized, highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for promoting WoodTrust Bank and its products. Associates should be positive, flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. You will receive ongoing training and development to support your success and opportunities for future advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers in person and by phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Providing accurate information and guidance on bank products and services
  • Opening, maintaining, and servicing customer accounts
  • Performing teller transactions with precision and care
  • Supporting office operations and administrative tasks
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding WoodTrust’s high standards of service

  • High school diploma or GED; 1 – 3 years of related experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace
  • Commitment to confidentiality, customer awareness, and service excellence

Why Join Our Team
