Job summary

GEICO is hiring an Auto Inside Sales Representative in Tucson, AZ. The role entails providing insurance quotes, advising on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies without cold calling.

You’ll earn a base salary, with generous incentives and benefits starting Day 1, including health coverage, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) match. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing & sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
