Description

This position requires on-site training during 2nd shift hours for the first 2 weeks.

Schedule

Part Time or Full Time options, up to 40 hours a week. Option to work four 10-hour shifts. Availability required on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11pm to 7am.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding transportation after hours
  • Answer calls and emails about transportation status
  • Track inbound and outbound freight
  • Process charges to customer accounts
  • Provide reports as requested
  • Scan and index documents for reference
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, managers, and team members
  • Prepare invoices for mailing upon request
  • Maintain data integrity during billing, including load validations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to fill in for other shifts as needed
  • Ability to stay alert during afternoon/evening hours
  • Outbound call center customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attendance record
