Job summary

States Logistics Services, Inc. is expanding and seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our customers.

The role is a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm with compensation ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on 3PL CSR experience. Responsibilities include processing outbound orders via EDI, phone, fax or email, coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and handling invoices and reports.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ in a high-volume customer service role with a 3PL strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking!!

Responsibilities

• Receive and process outbound orders by EDI, phone, fax or email in either our in-house WMS system or SAP.
• Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with carriers, and shipping documents.
• Prepare any follow-up to ensure delivery can be made by the specified dates required. Initiate tracers with carriers.
• Adjust or cancel orders and process inbound returns as requested.
• Access customer's online shipping or receiving programs and update records for individual accounts.
• Send daily, weekly or monthly reports to the customer as requested.
• Invoice processing

We’re growing and we’re looking for a detail-orientated representative to provide awesome customer service to our customers!

Shift: Monday through Friday /8:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation: Range is $22.00-$23.00/hour dependent on relevant 3PL CSR experience
Some overtime will be required based on volume.
