What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to calls from the DMPS OCA and Provider Services, addressing inquiries from high-level sources and adhering to call center guidelines
- Research and analyze complex customer concerns, utilizing computer information systems to resolve issues
- Process various case actions and ensure accurate verification and updates of information in systems
- Provide support and assistance to members and the general public, both virtually and in-house
- Participate actively in team meetings and agency initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of Arizona Medicaid programs and eligibility systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in various computer systems and applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) language skills
