Both full-time and part-time openings are available at our Downtown Indianapolis location, with potential overtime during holidays. Experience in customer service is preferred, and the team values responsive, friendly support for every customer.

## Full Time/Part Time Customer Service Representative - 1853 Ludlow Ave**Full Time and Part Time Openings Available.**This position's primary responsibility will be answering incoming calls into our call center and processing floral orders received by phone or online. Other tasks may be assigned.Qualifications: - Must be able to answer the phones in a professional manner - Good communication and speaking is a must! - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM - Must be able to anticipate and meet the needs of customers ensuring customer satisfaction - Must be able to research and resolve issues with minimal supervision - Must be able to multi-task and work on small side projects - Customer Service Experience PreferredWe are hiring for full and part-time positions at our Downtown, Indianapolis location.
