Job description

Location: Englewood, NJ. Job Type: Full-Time. Compensation: $20 TO $22 Per Hour (depending on Experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying floral orders (phone, email, and in-person)
• Provide excellent service during high-volume periods such as holidays and special occasions
• Review Ecommerce orders prior to printing for production
• Maintain updated knowledge of our floral offerings, pricing, and availability
