Job summary

Armstrong Comfort Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support residential and commercial clients in scheduling, inquiries, and service coordination. You will maintain records, handle requests promptly, and work with service technicians and the sales team to promote offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests.
• Coordinate with service technicians and other team members to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote new services and products to customers.
