Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Contract Duration: 6 months (Temp to Hire)
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $17/Hr on W2 | W/O Benefits

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and text with professionalism and efficiency.
Independently resolve customer issues by utilizing available tools, resources, and sound judgment, partnering with stores when needed.
Meet or exceed departmental goals for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to produce clear, professional written communication.
Demonstrated basic math skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
Commitment to first-call resolution.
Excellent English comprehension and grammar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (phone or in-person).
