Customer Service Representative – Face-to-Face Role

Are you a people person who thrives on connection and conversation? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team and represent well-known brands through direct, face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in building trust with customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product and service offerings at promotional events and retail locations.

• Engage directly with the public to represent client brands in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer questions, provide product information, and help guide purchasing decisions
