Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Inside Sales | Wood‑Ridge, NJ | Onsite

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We’re expanding our inside sales team and adding a new Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, keeping orders on track from entry to delivery while helping grow the accounts you support. You’ll report to the Director of Sales.

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship‑minded communicator who is comfortable on the phone in a high‑volume environment. Food and beverage experience is preferred, but recent graduates with internship or heavy phone experience and candidates from other industries with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
