Job summary

Jobster LLC in Wood-Ridge, NJ, is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our inside sales team onsite. You will be the main contact for customers, processing orders from entry to delivery and supporting account growth.

Report to the Director of Sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have internship or hands-on customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM/order management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Internship or hands-on experience in customer service, call center, or inside sales with heavy call volume.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-building style.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM and order management experience a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
• Competitive base salary of $55,000–$60,000.
• Monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility once you’re contributing to sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails, resolve issues, and provide a high level of service.
• Enter and process orders accurately, from placement through delivery.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and introduce new products to existing accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to stage orders, manage inventory needs, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Notify customers of pricing changes and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and share daily updates with the sales team.
• Attend daily product meetings, monthly sales meetings, and supplier trainings.
