Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 05+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in Wilmington, DE (Remote – CST/MST). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and promptly.
  2. Prevent and mitigate complaints to resolve issues at first contact.
  3. Serve as the front-line resolution advocate for member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns.
  4. Resolve basic problems by providing information, understanding the issue, and routing complex problems to appropriate departments.
  5. Maintain performance and quality standards based on contact center metrics.
  6. Provide customer service via phone, live chat, and email in a high-paced environment.
  7. Document all communications in CRM for quality and performance tracking.
  8. Adhere to quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  10. Follow all policies and standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  1. Customer Service/Call Center experience, including inbound/outbound calls.
  2. High School Diploma or GED.
