Job summary

Dermatology Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients and providers across multiple locations in PA, DE, and MD. You will manage appointment scheduling for 40+ locations, handle calls and inquiries, and assist with billing issues.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to patients, Providers, and all team members through the organization.
• Scheduling patient appointments for over 40 locations in 3 states with multiple providers and growing.
• Handling Inbound and outbound calls from external and internal sources.
• Transferring calls to the appropriate department and taking detailed information to relay to the recipient.
• Completing call reports and logs and researching billing issues.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries and transferring Customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests.
• Recognizing, documenting, and informing the Supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external calls.
• Recommending process improvements and researching misapplied payments.
• Assisting Providers with Virtual Medical Assistant system.
• Other duties as assigned.
