Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate patient intake, including history and chief complaints, with integrity and attention to detail.
• Document exams in the EMR system to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards in patient care and documentation.
• Assist with procedures such as removing sutures, local anesthetic administration, and allergy test patches.
• Complete prior authorizations and medication requests to support timely treatment.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with care and diligence, ensuring patients receive ongoing treatment.
• Respond to patient messages within 24 hours to maintain accessibility and responsiveness.
