Job summary

Dermatology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and ensure high-quality patient care. You will prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, obtain patient histories, and educate patients on treatment plans.

You will document exams in the EMR, follow HIPAA guidelines, and help with scheduling, prior authorizations, and timely patient communication. This position contributes to a positive patient experience across our Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland clinics.

• Respond to patient messages within 24 hours.
• Troubleshoot EMR issues and assist with complex procedures.
• Take initiative in start-of-day and end-of-day tasks.
• Adapt to changing circumstances with a growth mindset.

The Medical Assistant position plays a vital role in supporting providers and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position involves preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, obtaining patient information, histories, and educating patients on treatment plans.
