Job summary

Tri-County Insurance Associates in Valley View, PA is looking to add a goal-oriented customer service representative to join our insurance sales team. This role requires a self-driven, detail-oriented professional who will provide continuing care to our large book of current clients and help us grow in a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Submit all policy payments and perform end-of-day bank reconciliation.
• Send nonpayment cancellation notices and follow up with calls.
• Handle company mail and scan documents to the agency management system.
• Update and maintain the insurance management system.
• Send birthday and sympathy cards to clients when needed.
• Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Other light clerical duties as needed.

Tri-County Insurance Associates in Valley View, Pa is looking to add a goal-oriented customer service representative to join our insurance sales team. This individual well be a self-driven, detail oriented person who is lookingfor a career and not just a job. As our customer sales representative, you will be expected to ensure continuing care to our large book of current clients.

We need an individual that is very personable and who is passionate about helping our agency grow to new heights in our laid-back and team oriented atmosphere. This customer service representative position could lead to our office manager position with the appropriate person and required passing of the Pennsylvania state insurance licensing examinations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships

Submit all policy payments and do our end of day bank reconciliation

Send nonpayment cancellation notices to clients and follow up with phone calls at appropriatetime.

Company mail including scanning all documents to our agency management system.

Update and maintain our insurance management system.
