About The Role

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for a seasonal, full-time opportunity. In this role, you will support individuals enrolling in health insurance plans by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and guiding them through the application process. You will work from home, handle inbound and outbound communications, and help customers navigate their health insurance options during a critical time in their lives.

This role requires full-time availability and commitment to a three-week paid training period. Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
  • Provide accurate and clear information about health insurance options and enrollment
  • Offer basic technical support for system navigation and application issues
  • Enter and manage application data within the system
  • Support customers via chat and email as needed
  • Interpret and apply procedures and guidelines for compliance
  • Maintain a professional and confidential customer experience in line with HIPAA standards
  • Pass required exams during the training and certification process
  • Maintain performance goals and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening within 3 days of offer
  • Ability to commit to full attendance during the paid training period
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Minimum hard-wired internet speed of 35 Mbps (Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots are not compatible)
  • Personal device with working camera required for training
  • Previous customer service, technical support, or call center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Affordable Care Act is a plus
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
