Job summary

All Pro Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a skilled dispatcher to coordinate service calls for plumbers, HVAC and electrical technicians. You will manage scheduling, respond to inquiries, and prioritize requests to maintain high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatch and customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Starting pay is competitive with bonuses and a robust benefits package.

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$20-$23plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
