Dutton Plumbing in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to install, diagnose, and repair residential systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, communicate with clients, and perform emergency repairs with a focus on quality and safety.

• Accurately track repairs in Service Titan and other trade software.
• Ensure work aligns with industry standards.
• Explain issues in non-technical terms to clients.

What will you do?

• Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
• Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$100k to $200kannually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
