A leading company is seeking an Entry Level Contact Center Sales Inbound/Outbound II representative. This remote role offers a structured schedule with a 40-hour work week, focusing on customer service and sales. Candidates should be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. Training will be provided, and a video interview is required.

Pay Rate: $20 /hr. on W2
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Shift Timing: Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm CST and Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm CST
Schedule: Candidates will have a set schedule with a 40-hour work week once assigned. The team works different schedules, which may include shifts from Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm CST or Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5pm CST. Interested candidates can choose to work Saturdays, with Sunday off, and select any other weekday off. If candidates prefer traditional hours, core hours are 9:00am-5:30pm CST. Please specify your availability.
Equipment: Supplier/candidate provided. Must have a PC, with a second monitor strongly encouraged. Hardwired internet connection required. Candidates should have their own peripherals (mouse, keyboard). Headsets are provided by the team; candidates are encouraged to use their own if available.
Experience: 1-2 years in a call center or similar role. Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
Skills: Computer literate, basic data entry, proficient in Microsoft Office. Soft skills include a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to assist peers.
Training: 2 days (1 day training, 1 day technical). Attendance is mandatory; no make-up sessions. Training hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, which may differ from normal schedule.
Interview: 30-minute video interview with a manager. Camera must be on, and the setting should be appropriate (not in a car, etc.).
