A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide solutions for user queries in a high-volume environment. Experience: 1 to 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
Location: Work from Home
Qualification Required: Any Graduate with Excellent English Communication skills
Overview:
This will be a customer service role that will provide internal and external users solutions based on queries / issues. You will be asked to review the source of the incoming query/issue and respond correctly with the solution. You will provide excellent customer service and follow-up until the query / issue is resolved satisfactorily and document resolutions in the Salesforce system.
You will be required to communicate via several different medias, such as incoming calls, email, chat boxes, video calls, and screen shares. You will communicate with various internal users and external suppliers. You will be required to meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
