Customer Service Representative

The Role

Are you a customer-focused professional looking to grow? We are a leading industrial distributor seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our Tualatin team. You'll be the go-to resource for our customers and support our outside sales team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Quick Details

• Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
• Location: Tualatin, OR (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, stock, and shipping dates.
• Process phone orders and enter sales data accurately.
• Quote prices and fulfill orders to exact customer specifications.
• Partner with the outside sales team to source products and prepare price quotes.

What You Bring

• Experience: Prior inside sales or customer service experience required. (3+ years in metalworking or industrial supply is highly preferred).
• Tech Skills: Strong data entry skills; Profit 21 (P21) experience is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, highly organized, and able to multitask independently.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical: Ability to work in a primarily seated office setting with occasional warehouse interaction (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs).
