Position Summary:
The CSR Specialist II supports a high level of customer service by processing orders, responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and following established work instructions. This position requires strong communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with domestic and international customers to receive and process parts and equipment orders.
Answer intermediate product and technical questions and provide accurate order information.
Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and managing customer orders and sales records.
Respond to customer concerns and delivery issues; assist with returns/RMA processing when needed.
Use CRM and related systems to document customer information, activity, and pertinent data.
Create and maintain reports and support customer outreach by phone and email as needed.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, Shipping, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to support customer needs and material flow.
Participate in departmental meetings and assist with assigned long-term projects.
Support export documentation, shipping logistics, scheduling, and customer communication as assigned.
Handle difficult customer situations professionally and perform other duties as needed.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and all levels of the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows, and CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including spelling and professional telephone etiquette.
Technical/mechanical aptitude and previous manufacturing, assembly, or shipping experience are helpful.
Ability to work under pressure, make timely decisions, and maintain a positive professional demeanor.
Availability for occasional travel, approximately 1–3 times per year.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
Regular use of a personal computer, telephone system, and standard office equipment.
Work Schedule and Pay:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour, depending on experience
