Job summary

Opti Staffing partners with a technology and electronics company in Tualatin, OR to hire a Customer Service & Receiving Specialist. You will handle customer calls, updates, and order questions while receiving parts and entering data into the ERP system.

The position involves inventory tracking, kit creation for production, and close collaboration with the production team to keep orders moving. Expect a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule in a casual, small-team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, questions, and updates.
• Receive parts and materials coming in from vendors.
• Verify incoming parts and accurately enter them into the ERP system.
• Create and organize kits for the production team.
• Help track inventory and make sure production has the correct materials.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Use Excel and internal computer systems throughout the day.
• Work closely with production and other team members to keep orders moving.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team.

Customer Service & Receiving Specialist Location: Tualatin, OR - BUT THE BUSINESS WILL BE MOVING TO WILSONVILLE IN DECEMBER! Pay: $22/hr Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Who We Are: We are partnering with an established technology and electronics company that has been supporting professionals and students for more than 25 years. What You Need to Have

• Previous customer service experience
• Receiving, inventory, warehouse, or parts experience
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately receive, track, and document parts
• Comfortable working with both customers and a production team
• Reliable and dependable attendance
