Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to read, interpret, and respond to customer comments and questions by letter or email. Some basic computer knowledge is required, and training will be provided for specific needs.

The role features a quiet, on-site work environment with Monday–Friday daytime shifts (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Experience with 10-key is a plus, and this position offers the opportunity to develop communication skills while handling customer
