Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

This is a dynamic role that extends beyond answering phones. The position involves a variety of administrative, reporting, customer communication, and lead management responsibilities. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting between multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Patterson, NY (in-office position)
