Job summary

FASTSIGNS #16201 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Temple, TX. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, learns to prepare estimates, processes work orders, and ensures timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans to drive the center’s success. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
