Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Temple, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders, while participating in daily team meetings and supporting business and marketing plans.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong listening and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
