Window World of the Ozarks in Springdale, AR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our NWA showroom team. You will coordinate measure, install, and service appointments between customers and crews, build product knowledge, and support scheduling and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a knack for problem solving, and a willingness to learn our exterior remodeling products and services to deliver exceptional customer care.

A CSR position will entail coordinating our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations. In addition to scheduling, this person will also assist in receiving of products, keeping inventory and managing customer flow for projects.
