Job summary

Unique Auto Body in Utah is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, answer questions, and ensure they feel informed and cared for throughout the collision repair process.

Responsibilities include greet guests, provide updates on repairs, handle inquiries, manage calls, and support daily office operations. Starting pay ranges from $16-$19 per hour, with full-time, in-office hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Prefer experience in a customer service role.
• Prefer experience in the automotive industry.
• Spanish ability is a plus.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing, email, and general computer use.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate additional computer programs used to manage vehicle repairs.
• Ability to learn how to write an estimate for vehicle repairs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Daily start and end times will be determined by the manager based on business needs, with typical operating hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Employees generally work 42-48 hours per week.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, and all overtime hours are paid in accordance with applicable overtime requirements.

Starting pay ranges from $16-$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
