We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, to assist external and internal customers with questions and concerns, while providing superior customer service and ensuring accuracy. Will be involved in various functions such as insurance, assumptions, name changes, document vaulting, system maintenance, daily reports, return mail and other duties as assigned. This position is onsite in our Columbia, SC office, and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
