National Veterinary Associates is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist in Shorewood, IL to greet clients, answer questions, process payments, and schedule appointments. You will manage mail/e-mail, maintain client data in our PMS, and monitor the waiting area.
1 year of related experience is required, with room to grow within our network. The role supports a busy veterinary practice environment, with compensation details discussed during the interview.
Provides excellent and expeditious client experience; greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments. Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
The base range for this position is $15.50-$18.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education training.
