Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative for Pension Services. The role is on-site at our Eastlake, WA office, providing fully paid training with no sales calls.

You will handle participant questions about retirement benefits, document calls, and verify customer information. Ideal candidates are organized, excellent communicators, service-minded, detail-oriented, and technically savvy with Excel and Word; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred and

What you'll be doing...

At NWA, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative for our Pension Services department call center, you are the front line! You will take calls from customers who have questions about their retirement plan benefits. You will:

• Schedule and assist participants with the secure electronic signing and witnessing of required documents via zoom
• Timely and accurately answer questions from our customers
• Thoroughly document calls in the computer system
• Verify and update customer information
• Mail various forms and information as required by the customer

*This position is on site in our Eastlake, WA office.
