What's the Job?
Provide inbound customer service support via phone and email for facility-related inquiries and issues.
Create and manage work order requests using multiple CMMS systems, ensuring accurate documentation.
Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns.
Maintain professional communication and promote positive relationships with internal and external clients.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment.
Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS and Office 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult situations.
