MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for various clerical duties, including reconciling drivers' manifests, checking drivers in and out for shifts, ensuring vehicle availability, and communicating with Dispatch and Maintenance on daily activities. Additional duties include report writing, reviewing drivers' paperwork, organizing paperwork, and ensuring it reaches the operations and/or payroll departments. The ideal candidate must have basic Excel skills, excellent ten key skills, be attentive to detail, professional, provide superior customer service, and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office with good communication skills.
Starting pay rate: $20/hour
