We're looking for a world-class Head of Sales to help scale our vision. This is a rare opportunity to be a founding executive in a fast-growing AI company with a proven product, massive market demand, and a team that doesn't settle for average.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Leader at XY.AI Labs, you'll work directly with the founding CEO, together you'll drive strategy, execution, and revenue growth from the ground up. You'll work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to define the blueprint for scaling our sales engine.

This isn't a plug-and-play job. It's a chance to take a transformative product and turn it into a category leader-and to do so with ambition, precision, and speed.

What You'll Own

  • Sales Leadership : Build and scale our healthcare sales ops, pipeline and revenue engine across providers, payers, and enterprise health orgs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Translate customer feedback into product improvements, and partner with product and engineering and delivery to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Process Excellence : Build a scalable sales operating model using your favorite tools and GTM analytics.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience : 4+ years of sales experience, with 2+ in healthcare. You've sold into providers or health systems.
  • Builder Mindset : You love zero-to-one environments. You don't need a playbook-you write it.
  • Customer Obsession : You're not just selling. You're solving real problems and improving how healthcare works.
  • Operational Rigor : You're organized, data-driven, and thrive on execution.

Nice to Have

  • Background in RCM, EHRs, health tech, consulting, or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience working with early-stage startups or building GTM teams from scratch
  • Existing network of healthcare decision-makers or influencers
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or automation solutions
  • OTE with uncapped commission
  • Equity in a high-growth AI company
  • Remote-friendly culture within-person strategy sessions
