Job description

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in California City, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized assistance
  • Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores and response times
  • Qualifications
