Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle quotations, orders, and lead times from domestic customers and distributors.
You will prepare quotations for standard and non-standard items, write orders, and relay information to customers and suppliers, supporting the Outside Sales Team. You will use ERP systems, coordinate with other departments, manage documentation, assist accounts receivable, and help improve customer service processes while maintaining
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for receiving requests for quotations, orders, and lead-times from customers. CSR’s prepare quotations on standard and non-standard items, write orders, and relay pertinent quote or order information to customers and suppliers. CSR’s coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service and support to customers and the Outside Sales Team.
