Job summary

National Dentex Labs seeks a Customer Service Representative for NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN. Hours are typical and include full-time scheduling with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing outgoing calls, troubleshooting issues, building relationships with dental staff, analyzing remakes, and pricing. Requires a high school diploma and possibly 5 years in a dental/call center setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 5 years in a dental environment or call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a timely manner.
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues related to shade, material, impressions, or missing items.
• Build relationships with staff at customer offices and dental labs.
• Analyze remakes by customers and resolve issues.
• Enter/schedule IOS cases.
• Responsible for pricing.
• Accounts receivable backup.
• All other duties as assigned.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including shade, material, poor impressions and missing items or information
• Build solid relationships with staff members in customer offices as well as dental lab
• Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
• Enter/schedule IOS cases
• Responsible for Pricing
• Account Receivables backup
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
