Job summary

NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN, is hiring a Dental Lab Technician Trainee for a full-time, on-the-job training role. The position includes employee benefits and standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential schedule adjustments.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to learn to read prescriptions and fabricate bite rims, trays, relines, and model prep in a clinical dental lab setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Overview

We have 50 labs nationwide and are seeking to fill key positions, including this Dental Lab Technician Trainee opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

This is a full-time position with employee benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; a 401(k) with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement. Regular hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and are subject to change from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist
• Be trained to produce bite rims, custom trays, relines, and model prep
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong ability to read, listen, comprehend, retain and execute on written and verbal instructions
• High level of organizational skill with the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Minimum Education and Experience

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
