About the Role

NMP is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Brief Description
About the Role

NMP is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a fast-moving team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and is excited to learn, grow, and build a meaningful career within the company.

Experience is helpful, but we place a strong emphasis on personality, attitude, work ethic, and trainability.

This role is designed for someone who wants to do more than simply answer phones and complete daily tasks. As you build confidence and demonstrate strong performance, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills, contribute to process improvements, support team development, and grow into greater responsibility and leadership within the customer service team.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule service, installation, and consultation appointments
  • Help customers understand their service needs and determine the appropriate next step
  • Review customer history and equipment information
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
  • Follow up with customers and leads to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist with customer concerns and help provide thoughtful solutions
  • Coordinate with technicians, sales consultants, and the operations team
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule
  • Identify opportunities to turn customer inquiries into booked appointments
  • Support team goals and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience
  • Learn and develop expertise in our systems, processes, and customer communication standards
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Grow into expanded responsibilities based on your strengths, initiative, and performance
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
  • Are naturally friendly and comfortable talking with customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are organized and detail-oriented
  • Are dependable and follow through on what you say you’ll do
  • Take feedback well and use it to improve
  • Stay calm and professional in difficult situations
  • Can think through problems instead of immediately passing them along
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Are comfortable learning new technology and software
  • Take initiative and look for ways to improve
  • Are motivated by goals and enjoy seeing measurable progress
  • Are curious, coachable, and eager to keep developing your skills
  • Want to build a long-term career and grow into a larger role within a successful team
  • Are interested in contributing to coaching, training, quality review, or team leadership
  • Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, inside sales, or home-service experience is a plus, but not required.
What Success Looks Like

The strongest people on our team do more than simply complete the task in front of them.

They follow through. They notice when something needs attention. They ask good questions, learn from feedback, and look for ways to make the customer's experience better.

They also look beyond their individual responsibilities. They take ownership, identify opportunities to improve, and actively contribute to the success of the team. Over time, high‑performing team members may have the opportunity to help train others, support quality and call reviews, improve processes, and grow into a leadership role.

We want someone who cares about doing a great job, supports the people around them, and takes pride in helping the team succeed.
