Responsibilities

• Prepare and present customer quotes, including technical or specialty products.
• Support pricing, returns, and credit processes.
• Serve as a technical resource for products and applications.
• Support purchasing and inventory decisions.
• Manage assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate expediting, forecasting, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate priorities and support resolving issues across production, purchasing, and logistics.
• Participate in contract review and customer portal management.
• Identify process improvements within customer workflows.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Escalate issues by established guidelines.
• Provide coverage support for other CSRs as assigned.

Wieland is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a customer-facing representative with advanced quoting, technical product knowledge, and revenue-impacting responsibilities. This role is located in Roseville, MI and will be fully on-site.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Prepare and present customer quotes, including technical or specialty products
