Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact with customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for providing responsive customer support, coordinating sales orders from entry through shipment, maintaining accurate customer records, and developing customer relationships to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, transactions, and resolutions.
• Build with new and existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to promote AAE products, reconnect with previous customers, and identify sales opportunities.
• Work with internal departments to communicate and resolve customer needs.
• Crosstrain and assist with other duties assigned.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while providing professional service.

Experience Requirements
