Job summary

American Aluminum Extrusion (AAE) is seeking a 3rd Shift Operations Level 1 in Roscoe, IL. This full-time role supports the saw operator, ensuring packaging, inspection, sorting and loading meet job specifications. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus shift premium, with benefits and sign-on bonus.

No experience required; on-the-job training is provided. Opportunities to advance through Levels 2–5 with increased pay and responsibilities are available as you grow with the company.

Position Summary:

As an Operations Level 1, you will work closely with the saw operator and other press team members to ensure proper packaging including inspecting, sorting, and loading material according to the job specifications
