The Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS, one of the largest local REALTOR associations in the U.S., represents more than 11,000 REALTOR members from Washington, DC, and Montgomery County, MD. We serve as the local voice for real estate and provide resources to help our members succeed. Our goal is to deliver outstanding value and exceptional service to our members and communities.
The Customer Services Representative will be professional and courteous, communicating with members via email, telephone, or in person. They will greet members, potential members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Work Location: The position is based in our Rockville, MD office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and in our Washington, DC office on Tuesdays and Fridays.
