A leading HVAC and Plumbing service provider in Richmond Hill, GA, is looking for an individual to handle high-volume inbound calls and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining data accuracy in the CRM system. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Competitive pay of $17.00/hour plus bonuses offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining composure
• Enter and manage data accurately within CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to avoid scheduling errors
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions and remain informed

Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating Saturdays.
Pay: $17.00 hourly plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled, revenue-generating service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Enter and manage data accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams to avoid scheduling errors
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities
• Participate in training sessions and remain informed on service updates, offerings, and procedures
